Tărcat is the Illustrators’ Club magazine. Each appearance will introduce three members of the Club and one foreign illustrator. In addition, succint articles associated to illustration and art events, fresh projects of the Club,poetry and text from Romanian authors and a myriad of drawings will be brought to attention in the magazine.

 

The Illustrators’ Club was initiated in 2006, being a group of artists drawn together by a common interest: the passion for working with image, for constructing  visual narrations and for entering the areas where text and image meet. Illustrators’ Club offers a coherent and professional frame for practicing book illustration as an art form.
